BEASLEY, P.J.

Defendant was charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct under the new 1974 statute. [MCLA 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2).] Following a jury verdict of guilty on all four counts, defendant was sentenced to not less than 20 nor more than 40 years imprisonment on each count with the sentences to run concurrently. Defendant now appeals as of right. For the reasons indicated, we affirm.
