A jury convicted the defendant of carrying a concealed weapon in an automobile, MCLA 750.227; MSA 28.424, and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), MCLA 335.341(4)(b); MSA 18.1070(41)(4)(b). On appeal, defendant argues that the convictions are the products of an illegal search and an illegal arrest, that there was insufficient evidence to support the verdict on the controlled substances count, and that his constitutional double jeopardy rights...
