Defendant appeals his conviction by jury of delivery of heroin, MCLA 335.341; MSA 18.1070(41).

The circumstances surrounding defendant's arrest involved the alleged sale by defendant and a codefendant of seven "dime packets" of heroin to a state police trooper.
