WOODS v. DUNWORTH

No. 76-2578.

350 So.2d 21 (1977)

Wilma R. WOODS, Appellant, v. Kenneth DUNWORTH, Travelers Insurance Company and Roy R. Woods, Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

September 13, 1977.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

William H. Stolberg, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

Steven R. Berger of Carey, Dwyer, Cole, Selwood & Bernard, Miami, for appellees — Dunworth and Travelers Ins. Co.

PER CURIAM.

The order appealed from dismissing Count II of appellant's amended complaint is not an appealable order since the action is not one formerly cognizable in equity and Count II is not a cause of action separate from the cause of action stated in Count I.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
