This is a suit for personal injuries sustained by Katherine Thibo, wife of Alex Thibo, while she was dressing Kevin Freeland, the minor 3-year-old child of Barton Freeland, Jr. The plaintiff, Katherine Thibo, was employed by the Barton Freelands as a cook and housekeeper, for the take-home wages of $53.00 per week.
