OPINION

OGG, Judge.

There are four basic issues for determination in this appeal.

1. Was the service of process on the Arizona resident legally sufficient to confer jurisdiction upon the New Mexico court to modify a prior New Mexico divorce decree? 2. Did the Arizona trial judge abuse his discretion in modifying the New Mexico divorce decree by changing the custody of the children from the mother to the father?
