CLINTON, Justice.

The defendant was convicted by a jury of the crime of receiving stolen property. At the time of the commission of that crime he was on probation for another felony conviction. He is also charged with violation of his probation. By stipulation, it was agreed that evidence from the trial on the charge of receiving stolen property could be considered in determining the violation of the terms of the probation. On June 16, 1976, the defendant was sentenced...
