This appeal has been brought by Sears, Roebuck and Company (Sears) from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) denying Sears' petition for termination of benefits to Juanita Thomas (claimant). The Board had reversed the referee's decision granting the termination petition.
