HARRIS, Judge.
Appellant was convicted of murder in the second degree and was sentenced to 60 years imprisonment in the penitentiary. He was represented by retained counsel throughout the trial proceedings and at arraignment he pleaded not guilty. At the time sentence was imposed he gave notice of appeal.
