By an opinion dated July 30, 1975, the Circuit Court for Baltimore County indicated that it would grant appellees' motion for summary judgment. An appeal was noted on August 15, 1975, and the case was argued before this Court. On May 20, 1976, by per curiam opinion, we dismissed the appeal as premature because no judgment had been entered.
