Toby Allen Hassberger and Donald Bruce Grimes were arrested by members of the Orlando Police Department after they were observed delivering cannabis to a confidential informant. After charges were entered against both Hassberger and Grimes defense counsel moved for disclosure of the informant's identity. The motion was granted.
