This is one of seven expropriation cases filed by the plaintiff-appellant, Louisiana Intrastate Gas Corporation, against various defendant landowners for the expropriation of the defendants' property in order to lay a gas pipeline. The other cases are Louisiana Intrastate Gas Corporation v. Ledoux, 347 So.2d 8 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1977); Louisiana Intrastate Gas Corporation v. Manuel et al.,
