RHODES, Justice:

This is an appeal from an Order decreeing specific performance under a contract to purchase real property. We affirm.

This cause came on for trial before the court sitting without a jury on December 17, 1974. Under their amended Complaint, the plaintiffs sought a judgment which would require the defendants to specifically perform in accordance with alleged contractual obligations...
