PER CURIAM.
This is an appeal from a conviction for involuntary sexual battery of a child under eleven years of age, a capital offense pursuant to Section 794.011(2), Florida Statutes (Supp. 1974). The jury recommended and the trial court imposed the death penalty. We have jurisdiction.
