Defendant appeals from a judgment of guilt after a plea pursuant to an agreement.

We take jurisdiction pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-1711.

We must answer two questions in order to determine this appeal:

1. Which statute sets the punishment for the crime charged? 2. Did the court adequately inform the defendant of the nature and range of the possible sentences under the applicable statute?
