Kraft, the appellant, against Sussex Construction Corporation, Inc., appellee, in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. On September 24, 1975, appellee filed a motion to strike out the judgment on the basis that the court had no jurisdiction to enter the judgment because the appellee had been served as Sussex Construction...
