At issue in this appeal is whether the administrator's pleadings and affidavit alleged sufficient facts to reopen the estate pursuant to section 308a of the Probate Act. Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 3, par. 308a, repealed by Pub. Act 79-328; current version at Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 3, par. 24-9.
