This action stems from the distribution of the assets of a family farm. After Bert Amator, Sr., died in November, 1971, four of the sons and daughters brought this action against another son, Eugene, and his wife in an attempt to retrieve to the estate of their mother certain personal property given to Bert, Sr., for life, the remainder to go to the children.
