The appeal herein is from a judgment in which the trial court overruled a motion by plaintiff-appellant to terminate his obligation to furnish a college education and certain expenses of his son, James Grant, for the reason that his son had become twenty-one years of age.

The overruling of this motion is the sole assignment of error on appeal.
