Defendant Federico Yanez Gonzalez was charged by information in count one with armed robbery (Pen. Code, § 211), and in count two with being an accessory (Pen. Code, § 32), in that he knowingly harbored, concealed and aided his codefendant Pedro Vela Prado to escape arrest for the armed robbery charged in the first count.
