These cases are consolidated appeals of right from judgments entered in Oakland County Circuit Court in which a jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff against defendant Nettleship Company in the amount of $75,000 and a verdict in favor of defendant Pacific Indemnity Company of no cause of action. Plaintiff's motions for additur, judgment n.o.v. or a new trial were all denied by the trial court as well as defendant Nettleship...
