Plaintiff John C. McAllister brought this action for assault and battery against defendants William Michael George (hereinafter William) and George M. George (hereinafter George). George died and his estate was substituted as a defendant. After a jury trial, the jury found in favor of defendant William and against defendant estate of George, and assessed the damages at $2,000.
