Plaintiff in the instant case, Sharon Steel Corporation, filed an action in trespass against the original defendant, DeLaval Turbine, Inc., to recover damages for production losses and expenses incurred as a result of a partial shutdown of its Roemer Works in Farrell.

In its complaint, Sharon Steel alleges that under an agreement entered into with Chemetron Corporation the latter agreed to supply the Roemer Works...
