On May 6, 1975, the defendant won a verdict of no cause of action in plaintiff's suit to recover life insurance proceeds. The plaintiff appeals by right under GCR 1963, 806.1.

On August 2, 1968, Duncan James Seaton was hospitalized in Topeka, Kansas for observation and diagnostic purposes. He underwent surgery for an intestinal obstruction on August 9. The obstruction was caused by an adenocarcinoma of the jejunum (bowel cancer) and the cancer...
