The sole issue in this case is whether the employee, Ibrahim A. Turay, injured his right knee or his left knee on August 2, 1974, in an accident which occurred within the course and scope of his employment with Central States Construction Company. The compensation judge found that Turay had injured his left knee, while the Worker's Compensation Court of Appeals held, in a 2 to 1 decision, that Turay had injured his right knee.
