In an action to recover for personal injuries and property damages sustained in a car-truck collision at a "T" intersection, the jury returned its general verdict for the defendant and judgment was entered accordingly. Plaintiff filed a motion for new trial and renewed her motion for a directed verdict. The trial court sustained the latter, set aside the judgment in favor of the defendant, entered judgment...
