In this case a jury convicted defendant of armed robbery contrary to MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797 and rape contrary to MCLA 750.520; MSA 28.788. Defendant was sentenced to not less than 8 years nor more than 20 years on each charge, the sentences to run concurrently, after which he appeals as of right asserting a variety of alleged errors.
