This is an action for personal injuries arising out of an automobile accident. The jury returned a verdict in favor of appellee and the court thereafter denied appellant's motion for a new trial. Appellant alleges on appeal that the court erred (1) in admitting the deposition testimony of a Dr. Lauren Welch; (2) in failing to grant a new trial on grounds that the verdict was contrary to the evidence; and (3) in failing to state the legal principles...
