A jury in the Circuit Court of Madison County returned verdicts of $75,000 and $25,000, respectively, in favor of plaintiffs-appellants Eugene C. Kitsch and Betty L. Kitsch in their personal injury action against defendant-appellee Elmer R. Goode.1 Goode filed a post-trial motion alleging numerous errors, and the court granted him a new trial as to both plaintiffs...
