Sharon Cornelius, while hiding in the women's rest room at her place of employment shortly after arriving for work, was shot and killed by her boyfriend. The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), in affirming the opinion of the workers' compensation judge, found that the fatal injuries were sustained in the course and scope of and arose out of Sharon's employment...
