Nigel Davis, the defendant and appellant herein, was charged in the District Court for Lancaster County with robbery and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Defendant pled guilty to the robbery charge and the charge of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony was dropped. Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment in the Nebraska Penal and Correction Complex for a term not less than 3
