This is an action by the plaintiffs Lovric to recover the unpaid balance on a contract to build a gill-net vessel for the defendants Dunatov. The defendants appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the plaintiffs on July 22, 1975, for $3,232.80, plus interest from August 8, 1970, of $1,273.92 and costs, and dismissing defendants' counterclaim with prejudice.
