In this action in the nature of habeas corpus the mother of a minor child appeals from the award of custody to the father.

The mother and father were divorced in 1973 and by agreement custody of the child was given to the mother. In 1974 the maternal grandparents brought an action against the mother alleging that she had become unfit to have custody of the child. The child was placed in the custody of the maternal grandparents with the father...
