Ralph Speck and his third, wife, on September 12, 1974, obtained from Motorist Mutual Insurance Co. a policy of automobile insurance. That contract contained an uninsured motorist clause. The terms of the contract of insurance pertinent to the present action will be set out more fully later in this opinion.
