Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Court of Claims and raises two assignments of error, as follows:

"I. The Court of Claims committed reversible error by granting the motion of defendant Administrator of the Bureau of Unemployment Compensation to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, since a notice of intention to file a claim was filed with the Court of Claims within the 180-day notice period...
