Appellant, Moses Davis, is a member of the Bar and is co-executor of the estate of Herbert C. Pollard, who died on April 7, 1965, leaving, it appears, a modest estate of approximately $45,000. Mr. Davis and Mrs. Grace Ballistreri of Waycross, Georgia, qualified as personal representatives of the estate, we were told, on April 13, 1965.
