This is an appeal from an order of denial of a motion to vacate a decree of adoption. Lerry Hickey and Lynda Hickey were husband and wife and the parents of the two children here involved. They were divorced December 4, 1970. By the terms of the divorce decree, the custody of the children was awarded to the mother, subject to visitation reserved to the father, and he was ordered to pay support for each of the children.
