Appellant, Allan Calvery, was charged by information with the first degree burglary of an automobile in Mesa, Arizona on March 11, 1976. Following the denial of his motions to suppress certain physical evidence and allegedly involuntary statements, appellant was convicted and sentenced to not less than five nor more than seven years in the Arizona State Prison to be served concurrently with a sentence of not less than seven...
