James Harrison, Jr., was convicted after a trial by jury of endangering the safety of another by conduct regardless of life in contravention of sec. 941.30, Stats., and attempted first degree murder in contravention of sec. 939.32 and sec. 940.01. A judgment of conviction and sentence was entered on May 1 and an amended judgment was entered on May 5, 1975, adjudging the defendant guilty of each count.
