The interesting facts of this case are overshadowed by a procedural consequence which will compel reversal. The facts are simply that the accounting firm of Langrall, Muir & Noppinger (Langrall) recovered a $30,639 judgment in the Superior Court of Baltimore City against appellants Harry L. and Virginia L.
