Defendant was found guilty by a jury of the offenses of perjury and subornation of perjury under sections 32-2 and 32-3 of the Criminal Code of 1961 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, pars. 32-2, 32-3) and was sentenced to a term of four years probation and fined a total of $5,000.
