This is a direct appeal in a criminal action in which the defendant-appellant, Garry Lee Holt, was convicted of aggravated kidnapping (K.S.A. 21-3421), aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427), two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm (K.S.A. 21-4204), and conspiracy (K.S.A. 21-3302).
