This is a suit on a contract of indemnification. Under the contract, the subcontractor, Irving M. Moskovitz & Company, agreed to indemnify and hold harmless the general contractor, J.A. Ferguson Construction Co., for covered claims arising from the subcontractor's work on a multistory apartment building to be constructed in Highland Park, Michigan.
