Plaintiff, a New York corporation, brought an action to recover damages arising out of its alleged referral of an executive employee to defendants. Following a nonjury trial judgment was entered against plaintiff and in favor of defendants.

The sole ground of appeal is that the judge who presided at the pretrial conference erred when he refused to grant plaintiff's motion made at the conference...
