Appellant raises two issues in his first proposition of law.

Appellant proposes that fingerprints corresponding to those of the accused, found in a place where a crime was committed, upon objects always accessible to the public, and upon which fingerprints could have been impressed at any time, are without probative force unless the circumstances are proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the prints could have been made only at the time the crime...
