OPINION

SCOTT, Acting P.J.

Darnell Watts was convicted of violation of Penal Code section 187, murder in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty. He thereafter moved to withdraw his plea and reinstate his plea of not guilty, which motion was denied. Watts appeals from the judgment of conviction, having satisfied the requirements of Penal Code section 1237.5.
