FROEB, Chief Judge.

On January 6, 1976, the appellant was charged with violating A.R.S. § 28-701(A), driving at a speed greater than reasonable or prudent. On the traffic citation it was stated that the "approximate speed" of appellant's vehicle was 65 miles per hour and the "lawful speed" was noted as 35 miles per hour.
