On April 7, 1966, Lilah Krotzsch, the seller, entered into a contract with Joseph and Mildred Kramer, the buyers, to sell 240 acres of Jersey County real estate. The contract called for a total price of $156,000: $28,000 payable at the time of contracting with $10,000 due on April 1, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, and the balance due April 1, 1971...
