The plaintiff, Lois Buzan filed a suit for separate maintenance on grounds of desertion and the defendant, Herbert Buzan, counterclaimed for divorce on grounds of physical and mental cruelty. The plaintiff did not file any responsive pleadings to defendant's counterclaim. After a bench trial at which both parties presented evidence the court prepared a decree which denied the wife separate...
