FRANCIOSA, J., August 17, 1977.
On April 26, 1977, defendant was convicted by a jury of two counts of theft by deception and conspiracy. Defendant, by his attorney, subsequently filed motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment. By order of court dated May 13, 1977, defendant's post-verdict motions were directed to be argued before the trial Judge alone, pursuant to Pa. R. Crim.
